The Utah Medical EndoCurette is designed to help obtain a more robust endometrial sample, with the intent of minimising false-negative endometrial biopsy (EMB) results.

The EndoCurette is a sterile curette which features a proprietary multiport curetting tip. These multiple elongated openings feature edges which provide an extremely effective method for excision of the high endometrial tissue volumes necessary for more accurate histological assessment.

The EndoCurette uses four bowed curetting elements to remove endometrium independent from the orientation of the four elongated sampling ports.

This special configuration is most effective with a single fundus-to-os draw with a twisting motion. The EndoCurette obtains robust tissue samples with intact glands and stroma, often providing first-pass definitive diagnosis of abnormal bleeding.
