The Belmont Hyperthermia Pump™ raises the temperature of the peritoneal or thoracic cavity infusion for hyperthermic therapy, including HIPEC, during intraperitoneal and intrathoracic cavity lavage procedures. Fluids are raised to the target temperature by continuously lavaging the cavity with a warmed sterile solution. In a controlled and consistent way, the equipment can achieve precise temperatures between 37˚C and 48˚C, in 0.1˚ increments, allowing for flow rates ranging from 2.5 to 1000 ml/min.
The Hyperthermia Pump™ is also user-friendly, transportable and highly efficient. In addition, the pump automatically and continuously monitors both the infusion process and the device operation. Instant alarms alert the user to unsafe conditions for total peace of mind.
