The 2023 Obstetric Anaesthesia SIG satellite meeting will be dedicated to the ‘Challenges and choices in obstetric anaesthesia’. It is a satellite meeting of the ANZCA ASM taking place on 5-9 May, and will offer an interesting programme focused on the latest concepts, knowledge, and best practice protocols in the field.
Keynote speakers include Dr Nuala Lucas from the UK and Associate Professor Lawrence Tsen from the USA, alongside several other leading names from the sector. There will also be panel discussions and the presentation of research and studies to help guide your own practice. Plus, don’t miss Getz Healthcare demonstrating the Belmont® Rapid Infuser RI-2, which delivers fast, warmed and bubble-free blood and I.V. fluids to help combat hypothermia and blood loss, especially in cases of postpartum haemorrhage (PPH).
